Gateway Awards for Service Excellence, is located near the historic fishing village of Steveston. We are 15 minutes from Vancouver International Airport, 20
minutes from B.C. Ferries and 30 minutes from the U.S. border at Blaine,
Washington.
From B.C. Ferries or U.S. border follow Hwy 99 through the George Massie Tunnel, stay in the right hand lane. Take the Steveston Hwy exit and stay in the left lane to turn left onto Steveston Highway westbound to No. 1 Rd. Turn right at No. 1 Rd. and left at the next set of lights, which will be Williams Rd. Nishi Court is the second street on the left - Picture Perfect is the first house as you enter the cul-de-sac.
From Vancouver Airport, stay in the right hand lane for Richmond/South terminal. Follow the sign that says Russ Baker Way/South Terminal. Go straight on Russ Baker Way and cross over the No. 2 Rd. Bridge. Follow No. 2 Rd. south until you get to Williams Rd. Turn right onto Williams and head west, crossing over No. 1 Rd. Nishi Court is the second street on the left - Picture Perfect is the first house as you enter the cul-de-sac. Our address is 10020 Nishi Court.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds are what you can expect from Picture Perfect B&B. All rooms are located upstairs. Fresh baked cookies and Belgian chocolates are awaiting you in each room upon arrival.
There are plenty of storage spaces with large walk in closets. TV, VCR and wireless internet connection are standard in each room. Bathrooms all have hairdryers, shampoos, shower gel and soap for guest use.
There is a library of videos, games and books for guest entertainment. Tourist information, maps and bus schedules are also available
The hot tub is in a secluded garden and available for guest use. Towels and slippers are provided for your personal use. Or just enjoy a quiet read in the garden. We have several species of birds enjoying the bird feeders.
Picture Perfect is a non-smoking bed and breakfast. Smoking in the garden is permissible.
breakfast delights
Enjoy your breakfast served on fine china in the dining room. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 am. Tea and coffee are available from 7:00 am. Earlier times can be arranged by request.
Menus vary; you could enjoy Dave’s delicious blueberry pancakes with maple syrup or his fresh fruit parfait. His eggs and homemade hash browns are a real treat. Lesley does the baking which includes muffins, scones and special sweet breads. Her fresh fruit clafouti, warm out of the oven is always a hit.
Fresh whole grain, wheat or seeded breads are a staple at the breakfast table, or perhaps you would prefer English muffins. Homemade jams, jellies and preserves are always available.
Free range eggs and local produce are used whenever possible. Richmond is a farming community and fresh berries are available starting with strawberries in June, with raspberries, blueberries and cranberries following right through to September. We use fresh picked herbs from the garden.

Dave
and Lesley are long time Richmond residents. They have traveled the world
and are knowledgeable about their local area and British Columbia.
Dave worked for many years in customer service in the travel industry and Lesley is a librarian with a wealth of information at her fingertips!
Dave is an award winning photographer and his pictures are displayed around the house. The photos used in this layout are all taken by Dave. Dave is now offering tours for photography, sightseeing and bird and nature tours.
Bandit is the resident bichon frise and loves to greet people. The bichon are a hypoallergenic breed of dog. He is not allowed in the guest rooms.
